terrible service from safair

Safair seems to have changed how you can do online check in. you now have to copy and past from your booking when you what to check in. this so frustrating!! you can no longer phone and speak to a human its all press 1 press2 and then cuts you off. last week when I asked that someone phones back while trying to check in the consultant only phoned once I had already reached my destination!! shocking service!!
