Terrible service

Your service it terrible and your communication, I checked in online a day before my flight and u sent me a message saying boarding will start at 7:30 and gates close at 7:45 but I got to your airport counter 7:20 and they told me eish my gate is too far so I couldn't fly. Had to pay an extra 600 just to get to a flight 20 min later than mine. U guys are a *****
