Terrible Service

If only zero stars were an option. Experienced the most horrific service today. Delay after delay. No communication, even though I'm charged an extra amountfor updates. Staff have a serious attitude instead of being apologetic for the terrible service and waste of time. A gent named Michael was the only staff member that has an understanding of customer service.
