Terrible service at FlySaFair East London Airport

FlySafair is the worst airline to fly with as my husband was in the line to check in for departure on his flight leaving from East London Airport to OR Tambo Airport. As he got to the lady that does the checking he was advised that he is one minute late for the check in as he could not get on the plane. He then asked to speak to the manager and the manager got arrogant with him. I feel this is unfair as my husband was in the line for the departure. I'm not going to leave this and let FlySaFair gets away with what they did with my husband. I'm taking this up with the head office of FlaySaFair and I'm going to go to the newspapers with this matter and I feel this is unacceptable
