Terrible Service and Theft!

We booked a ticket on this airline on the 01st February 2025 for departure on the 08th February 2025 at 07:50am, however, they were not able to accommodate us with special assistance in the form of a wheelchair. We then cancelled the booking and rebooked a fight with the same airline that could assist with a wheelchair and notified the customer care department and requested a refund of the cancelled ticket to which we were informed that the are no refunds! I explained what had happened and asked again as this was not our fault if the airline could not accommodate us with a wheelchair to which there was no response or acknowledgement of my email. I have resent the email and again, nothing! I explained that this guest is frequent passenger with this airline and also a pensioner with disabilities and she needs her refund, still nothing from the airline with regards to the refund! The refund amount is R883.44 to be exact, this is a lot of money, not for just a pensioner, but for anybody to lose. They have had ample time to process and initiate this request and nothing has happened, not even an acknowledgement of my email to date. The guest will be traveling again in April 2025! So, we do need that money to book another flight! I would understand the policy of a non-refundable ticket if the cancellation was a day before the flight, but this was not! The second ticket was booked the very next day, 02nd February 2025 for departure on the 09th February 2025. This airline has now scored a double payment for a single seat! One form the cancelled ticked and another from a passenger that has booked the ticket that was cancelled! This is *******! Theft! FlySafair has ****** a pensioner's money! This is atrocious to say the least, further more, all my attempts to contact them failed, they ignore people. I am considering going as far as small claims court for this and maybe the ombudsman, and I will also include additional costs to the refundable amount, that will include my petrol and my time! Time is invaluable, so, it will cost way more that than just the amount of R883.44!
