Terrible service

I purchased a ticket from FLYSAFAIR and when I went to change my flight from the 26.07.2023 to the 25.07.2023 I was informed the ticket was not valid. I purchased another ticket onky to find out that the ticket was valid. After 2 emails requesting a refund, I eventually gor a reply from Drew. Only to he told that the company does not do refunds and I was a no show on the 26th..... They refuse to refund me and want me. Terrible service!!!
