Terrible service

I've been struggling to get my plane tickets refunded since before lockdown. Our Israel tour has been canceled due to the virus.

1 person rep**** to my umpteenth email 2 months ago, saying it's been referred to correct department, and that's where it ended.

I am so frustrated. Could anyone please assist?!
