Terrible Serives At the Cape Town Airport

Most terrible experience at the Cape Town Airport today. Thia airline is not wjat it claims to be, it is now uaing Monopoly to reap its customers off. I had to pay for a bag that was less than 7kg. The airline ia now makimg millions with the bag sitiuation. On the app when booking it says hand lauggage 7kgs, at the airport they then use dimentions. The services are horrible. I really dont know why they are even still operating
