Terrible refund policy and worse customer care staff

The worst refund policy around. I was advised by SAF staff to cancel my flight which was booked less than 30 mins prior to be issued a refund, which could then be transferred to cash. Now when trying to do so the T&C's prevent this refund. In addition the voucher does not abide by the Consumer Protection Act and expires within 1 year whereas the CPA stipulates 3 years. I have tried endlessly to reason with the SAF customer relations only to ever be met by unhelpful and ever tedious staff. What a waste.
