Terrible Management

I was planning to travel to Durban and have prepared everything for that day. As that day approaches I’m finally at OR Tambo checking in. The people assisting me said that my documents were invalid. Turns out there were not and now I’ve missed this flight due to the unnecessary conflict that arose. Despite the flight leaving me behind, the management have put me on standby, time and time again as I check in they tell me that there was no seat available and to add to that, my ticket was non-refundable. I know that I was not the only one as other people have also been on the standby list. This needs to change. I am very dissatisfied.
