Terrible Ground Staff Service at OR Tambo

Ground staff at OR Tambo extremely rude and terrible attitude. They sent me from one counter to the next claiming that there is a payment restriction on my ticket. When I queried at the Ticket Sales counter they said nothing about that and that I was too early to check my bag in. On top of that the consultants gave me conflicting times on when I can actually check in my bag.

Worst service I have ever experienced and it absolutely ruined my day. I will NEVER fly with this airline again!
