Terrible Flight!

<p>On Sunday 1 May myself, my husband & daughter flew from JHB - EL with Saffair. The staff on the flight were terribly unfriendly & could barely crack a smile except for 1 air hostess which was pleasant. 2 in particular looked like they didnt want to be on the flight. The landing in East London was so awful that my 8 year old daughter asked me if we were going to crash! The plane swayed from side to side before landing on the runway then landed with a hard thud! Not a pleasant experience at all.</p>
