Terrible experience with SafAir! choose wisely when traveling and don't travel with safari!!

Terrible airline to fly with. My husband made a booking in error, not knowing that I have already booked a later flight. So now we sit with 2 bookings with the same airline, and they absolutely refuse to cancel the booking that was made in error. The booking was an honest mistake and one that now cost us R4600!! They refuse to refund, and if wasn't for the fact that I would lose even more money, I would have cancelled both the bookings and fly with another airline. Working in the media myself, I will make sure that people know the all the facts of safari, before they make their traveling plans.
