Terrible experience, both ways

Our flight was delayed by 4 hours, the only compensation was a R100 meal voucher. Massive inconvenience to every passenger. On our return flight, my unlocked hand luggage was taken away from me to stow somewhere else when there was space in the overhead, Airconditioning wasn’t working for the full trip. Terrible experience both ways!
