Terrible experience

I have received a terrible experience on the 18 September 2021 at King Shaka international and I will not recommend anyone to book with such a pathetic airline of yours. FlySafair is a disgrace. I was offloaded from flight just because I have raised a complain that the flight is delaying where's I have made commitment from OR Tambo for Point 2 point. I was treated like an animal or ******** and I was not given an opportunity to explain myself, as a paying customer who was inconvenienced by your company I want my money back and full compensation for the expenses I incurred due to your pathetic, barbaric service and ill-treatment. So get somebody from your to contact me and facilitate the payment. I will make sure that your cruelty is known to the industry.
