Terrible customer service, lack of responsiveness, feedback or empathy.

So I booked return flights between JHB and DBN, silly me I did not tick the change/cancellation option when I booked my ticket (I admit thats my fault). Shortly prior to my flights I suffer a back injury, herniated lower disc in spine that prevents me from flying, driving or even walking for days on end, requiring me to even wear a back brace. I report this to FlySafair and they instruct me to get the necessary documentation from my doctors, which I do.

Almost 2 weeks have passed and no response from the Flysafair consultant or even an acknowledgement that my documents have been recieved. I have sent multiple emails directly to the consultant as well as the general help@flysafair email and no responses. I am not here demanding a refund but I am demanding the respect of someone who paid thousands to use your airline. Companies need to stop taking their customers for fools, invest in PROPER training and systems when dealing with complaints.
