Terrible communication and service

I had a booking for the 25th of October at 16h05 from OR Tambo Int Airport to George Airport, luckily I always check in online or I would have missed my flight.<br> I tried to check in online yesterday morning, but to my surprise I kept receiving an error message saying that online check in closes 4 hours before departure, seeing that my flight is only at 4 that is way more than 4 hours, so I gave them a call, just to be told that the flight had been moved to 12h50?!?!?!?!?! <br> I have not once received any form of communication to inform me of this change, but what ****es me off the most about this is the fact that we went to visit my parents for the weekend, which does not happen often as flying is expensive, but now you stole the little time I had to spend with them. And to top it off, my boyfriend had to sit at the airport and wait for his flight which was at 16h30.<br> I paid to fly at 16h00 not at 13h00, I want a refund, because I chose the more expensive ticket in order to fly later, to spend more time with my family. <br> This is pathetic and **** service and unacceptable. I will rather pay more, than to ever fly with FlySafair again!!!<br>
