Terrible client service!!!!

I made a booking on the app. Made the payment, which went off of my bank account and they canceled my booking due to non payment. I have been trying to get hold of them via whatsapp, facebook and phone and since everything is automated you can't get hold of an actual agent and it keeps disconnecting. The bank can't reverse the payment without Flysafairs permission. They have my money and I don't have a booking!!!! Worst service ever!!!!!
