Terrible booking system

Terrible experience of booking with flysafair and make online payment. On two occasions they cancelled my booking on my upcoming flights. I called I was told I did not make payment while on the call with the agent I gave him all the details of the payment I made and still he said the payment is not reflecting that is why my bookings were cancelled. He asked me to send proof to help@flysafair of which I did. Five minutes I was told they found the payment on the bank statement with not even sending an apology. Luckily in both instances it was way before my departing day.
