Tampered bag and ****** goods

I know the airlines aren’t responsible for our luggage by my bag was open and tampered with, even though it had a combination lock on it. So far all that I’ve noticed is missing is two bottles of perfume. Guys come on. Let’s not behave like this. We trust that our valuables will be safe.
