Take Responsibility - My Luggage Was Rummaged Through and Broken Lock Put Back Into My Bag

I was on a flight from JHB back to DBN - Flight FA 669. The lock of my bag was broken and my luggage rummaged through. The broken lock was subsequently found inside my bag. I was not the only person who experienced this on the Flight - FA 669. I have been chatting to an agent via What’s App who seemed very happy that there was no theft of any items and once pictures were received on your end, the chat was closed without a response. Take liability for what happened. When chat was re opened all I was told is that Flysafair is not responsible for broken locks or zips. I didn’t break the lock on my bag and I’m not asking for assistance for a lock that I broke. It was broken after my bag was checked in. And the nerve to put back the broken lock into my luggage. Take responsibility!
