System not allowing me to use a Safair voucher

I have been trying more than a week to book a flight and to using a voucher. Refer booking number HGXV4S When I get to paying the oustanding balance the voucher is suddenly not avaiable. It appears the the system is frustrating the customer on purpose to allow the voucher to laps before I can use it.
