Switched direction in minutes

<p>I made a very very silly mistake this morning and booked my flights in reverse. Instead of flying from ELS to CT, I booked to fly from CT to ELS!<br />Khensani had the problem sorted out and directions swopped within an hour of my first email requesting help.</p> <p>He even gave me a call to confirm that my booking was not correct.<br />Thank you for making my mistake a painless one!</p>
