Supporting other airlines

[5/20, 6:46 AM] Lungas: On this flight Saturday I kindly call the lady that was selling , I didn't have she passed me without asking is there anything. What I noticed is she is ****** she is colored and the only cabin lady who was wearing specs.

She said she's helping a customer, she didn't say it in a polite way but I thought ok help the customer.

After she don't look at me at all she goes to other passengers and look at me with that look of "already passed"

She came back and assisted this white guy and went on an extra mile to look for this cold drink and the guy was at 31B.

Went over to 31F still not getting back to me. She passed me and I was the last one in my row to be asked is there anything to need.

She literally chose to bow down to white ppl and look for coins under chairs. That time I'm not well as well I'm sick. Paid the damn flight and I always travel with you guys and it's the second time this has happened to me.

I feel racially abused by this lady, all I wanted was Jelly babies sweets.

Believe me I have worked in an environment and people where I used to work wanted to be assisted by me as I treated all customers fairly and sad thing is when they get paid that money comes from white and black , why isolate us.

You guys should professionalize industry and make your cabin crew competent in order to avoid conflict of interest with clients.

I'd advise my friends to drive to joburg than take your airline I'm sorry.

Cheap service, white people don't give Jack about her. Tell her to smile more often I can pay her salary for 2years she must not under estimate ppl by looks.

I need to be contacted by a superior if not it's fine but this airline I knew there could be something wrong, prices are too good to be true. Service is wack.
