Suitcase Zip Broken on Purpose in order to *****

I am extremely disappointed with regards to the feedback I received about my suitcase that was vandalized during my flight from East London to OR Thambo. Both zips were locked with a small lock including a cable tie. The one zip was completely broken to strip the 2 zips from another with the intention of getting into my suitcase to *****. There was nothing valuable so luckily they did not ***** anything. I have been dealing with Hlengiwe Tsotetsi who has been absolutely useless. her feedback was that they won't be able to assist because they cannot accept liability for damages like scratches, stains, dents, cuts etc. Are you freakin kidding me I sent a photo where it is very clear that the lock was broken on purpose in order to get into my case by FlySafair staff. There was no miss-handling of luggage here. I have been back and forth but not getting anywhere. This suitcase was purchased in July for R1347 and now cannot be used again. All because of FlySafair and now they are stating sorry but cannot assist with a claim for the miss-handling of luggage. I should have **** and stated something was ****** but I was honest is this is how I am treated. Request (***). I will never be flying with FlySafair again and will inform everyone that I know about this.
