Struggling to get my money back

Flysafair not prepared to refund "unsuccessful" booking made via 3rd party travel agent as the booking was successful on their side.

Not sure how their integration works - surely if there's a failure anywhere in the process, you should roll-back! Service is pathetic and I'm being chased from the travel agency to flysafair and no joy!!!
