Struggles with flight details and duplicates created

Good day I have been struggling with FLysafair since a few days ago. My booking is 1QFFH7 Flying from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth. It showed 10 passengers, but our names created doubles. There was also a spelling correction made to my husband's name from Ian Freemam, to Ian Freeman.I spoke to a lovely lady online and eventually she managed to delete the duplicates and also corrected the 1 digit in my husband's surname. Yesterday morning I checked and took a screenshot and it was 100% and showed 5 passengers. As of last night, it showed outstanding amount again and 10 passengers. We live in the UK and we are returning to SA for good and it is extremely difficult as we cannot access Safair by phone call. How can this be sorted please?
