Stranded at OR Tambo whilst Air Mauritius left us

Hi YANDISA PLATA, you are now checked in for *FA389* departing @ *09:30* on *2025-08-08* from *ELS* to *JNB*.

This flight East London at 10h57 and arrived at OR Tambo at 12h20, offload us to a bus as a result my partner and myself miss a flight to Mauritius for the first time to get out of South Africa. The notice board indicated the delay from 09h30 to 10h20 but ultimately it was 10h57. The Air Mauritius booked passengers at 12h10 by the time we reached luggage check in there was no one. 10 August is the 50th birthday of my lovely Partner but now it is a Great pain ever.
