Stood outside the cold with baby for 25 minutes

Just landed on flight fa1002 from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Plane disembarked and as we were walking to the 1 bus it closed doors leaving us with another mother with a small baby and 20 passengers stranded for 25 minutes outside in the cold wind and light rain. <br> <br> There passed about 5 busses, and the other mother eventually went back into the airplane.<br> <br> A bus full of the next passengers arrived, then we could get on.<br> <br> It took so long the bags weren't even on the turnstiles anymore.<br> <br> My son was already sick so can just imagine how good this mess up was for him.<br> <br> Please explain.
