******/ taken luggage

I had the worst first experience with flysafair on the 29/09/19. Flew back home from Johannesburg to Cape Town, arriving there and going to get my luggage only to find that it's not there. I bought new sneakers and clothes in joburg only to have my bag ****** or "taken" by someone else and the safair are unable to track my bag. Telling me all I can do Is hope the person who took my bag by mistake (if that's even the case) calls them to say they took the wrong and will return it. I was very disappointed because there were valuable things in my bag and I trusted them and I definitely won't be using their service again even if they're the cheapest airline in the world.
