****** out of our bags

I'm very disgusted in the fact that they opened my husbands bag and stole his expensive after shave. This is a gross invasion of privacy. They want to charge extra for everything, seats, bags, insurance, option to change ie. Seriously you need to employ staff that has respect for other peoples property. If it's not yours then leave it the hell alone. That was a wedding gift from me to my husband!!! Thank the Lord I didn't book my bags in
