****** money on Flysafair plane

On arrival on flysafair FA229 from george to or tambo on 20 oct 19 at 18h40 the airhostess told me that the luggage compartment is full and that they will keep my handluggage with them for the flight.On arrival I found that they stole my cash .I did make a claim to them on which they rep**** that they are not going to refund my money (R2400.00).The airhostess did not tell me to take all valuables out of my bag.( and by doing so I will have 2 laptops 2 hard drives wallet and modems without a bag and what will I do with all these loose valuables on my lap.I am suppose to have access to the overhead luggage compartment to safely store my hand luggage.This is unexceptable and I demand a refund .
