****** luggage

My first time using this airline and will defnitly be my last. Mine and my gifriend luggage was forced open and her perfume and my cologne was ******( value R3000) i mailed them the same evening. Called them 3 times (no answer) and mailed them again with no response. I will not use nor refer them to anyone until this mayter is resolved.
