I made a lost item submission in the 4/05/2021 , with no further response with regards to the issue

As a customer of you air flight I strongly believe this in not acceptable customer care, only a ref number was allocated to my submission .

Even the thought that one of your stuff members had the nerve to go through my luggage and find is easy to take my personal items is shocking, how is one suppose to trust this airline for future use ?
