****** goods

Pathetic service. I had a flight from Durban to Johannesburg on the 12/10/2020. When i got to the airport i noticed my charger, purfume and other belongings were ****** from my bag. I reported at the luggage office and the gentleman mentions that stuff like mine gets ****** everyday. Yes its small things but what matters is the inconvenience and on top of that i have another flight with the same airline.

I get an email on the 13/10/2020 stating that flysafair is sorry and that my claim was declined because thats not their responsibility, my thing is what happens to your staff that is doing this to many other people daily, Nothing HAPPENS, REALLY!!!
