Stole my money

I booked a ticket on the website and they billed my credit card but no ticket was issued. Instead their website just said ADD_PAY_FAILED. Their WhatsApp service does not respond to questions. The payment confirmation went through via SMS and EMAIL to me so the money indeed left my account. Shocking.
