STILL OWE ME A REFUND

We travelled in April, and had cxld 1 of our parties tickets telephonically, on what's app AND on Facebook, due to a countrywide system crash, and they still have not rep**** to my request for a refund! Appalling after sales service! WON'T USE THEM EVER AGAIN!!
