Staff member *****s cash from my domestic

To whom this may concern

I have just encountered a TERRIBLE incident of Lying Deceit and theft within SAFAIR. I bought my Domestic an air ticket FLYSAFAIR and I bought her extra luggage to fly on the 19th April. She went to check in earlier today and the attendant checking her in tried fining her R500 for “overweight” (which her bag was not overweight). And then brought the fine down to R250 AND THEN proceeded to tell her not to give him the money over the counter that he will meet her a few meters away and he took the cash!! This is BEYOND disgusting for someone to cheat another in this manner. I had one phone call from a staff member three weeks ago and I have emailed since and heard nothing back! I am beyond disgusted, I have always flown your airline but since then I will NEVER AGAIN !!!! AND I will make sure those I know neither will travel with flysafair !!!! I await a response
