Staff going the extra mile

FlySafair is my domestic airline of choice in South Africa..

This morning, I flew out of Lanseria. I had a few bags and 2 marketing banners. Normally at O.R Tambo International Airport, FlySafair allows me to Skycheck these banners. Today an unexperienced staff member insisted I check each piece in which would cost an additional R500.

Hazel from another counter intervened. She went the extra mile to pause and listen to me. She was polite, kind and extremely helpful. She taped together the banners making it one piece which cost R250.
