So upset!

I booked tickets online for the special which end at midnight today. I just wanted to check what the cancellation will be should we decide to cancel before we go or something happens. The app didnt even ask me to confirm cancellation or confirmed the amount!! It just CANCELLED MY BOOKING AND TOOK HALF OF THE AMOUNT I PAID!!!! I am so disgusted in this process! I had to book my tickets again! And paid again. I would like this solved and get my money back! Or at least some of it for what this is even worth!
