SO EASY TO CHANGE BOOKING 7J9VYV

I had booked in advance to visit my mom in JOHANNESBURG from Cape Town on 13 Jan 2023. However, she passed away on 10 Jan 2023. To add to my complications, the funeral would be on 12 Jan 2023 in DURBAN. Special mention must be made of Kgomotso Mkhutha, who took my call to change flights from Johannesburg to Durban. She was caring and understanding and clearly explained the process. Owing to the fact that my original booking was less than 24 hours, I was able to get a voucher less R300 and book a flight down to Durban. The return flight from Johannesburg was simply changed to return from Durban. Now is that is not service I am not sure what is? Thank you to SafAir and the team
