Small items ****** out of my bag ,thieve had some time to do it.

Flew from Johannesburg FA204 at 17:05 Wednesday 26 February to Cape Town. when I checked my bag in it was closed with cable tye, when I received it in Cape Town my bag was forced open and my small items like perfume was ****** out of my bag. So the person had some time to go through my stuff to see what he wanted.
