Sky high Quality and service

The check-in process was amazing, the staff who helped me check-in at the OR Tambo counter was friendly and advise me on good seating. I as a result had a great seat in the first row which provided a lot of leg room as he had recommended. I also had a front row seat to see the amazing work and efforts of the cabin crew that flew from JHB to CPT on 22 August at 10.50. The cabin crew spend time tirelessly assisting passengers making sure everyone was comfortable, even when they were not occupied they spent their time cleaning the bathroom to make sure everyone was comfortable and assisted with an efficient departure of all passengers to avoid bottlenecks. Really was a high standard of customer experience.
