Simply The Best

This is long overdue but I just want to give a huge shoutout to Thozama who works at Cape Town International Airport, she assisted me exceptionally well. She gave me a new meaning to the word "Service Excellence " It was in November 22 on Saturday and she made sure that I was properly assisted and saw to it that I was settled. I was confident enough to trust her with my 2 kids who were flying as unattended minors. The airport was busy and she was very calm and just continued to do her job.
