shocking service from a supervisor (Madira Shaik)

I am so disappointed at the service i got this morning from a lady by the name of Madira Shaik who is shockingly a supervisor at the help desk at King Shaka INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, I booked i mistakenly book a flight for monday 21st instate of Monday the 7th destined for Johannesburg and only realized when trying to check in, after looking at my booking confirmation she told she couldn't assist me as i had booked with the agent and that i had to call them durectly, she told me the only option i had was to other tickets for R6000.00. After eventually getting hold of the agent i was told to go back to her and all of a sudden she was able to book me in at extra R1700.00 which nothing close to the R6000.00. I do not wish for anyone to share the experience i had with that lady. At one point she even asked me if i wanted to know her name ans surname aas i was looking at her name tag.
