Shocking customer experience with Cabin Staff on FlySAfair air hostess.

Perushka the flight attendant on my 11:45 flight from Durban to Johannesburg on Friday 29 July 2022was insubordinate, rude, and disrespectful. She caused a scene in front of passengers stating I would be liable for damages on a bag that I “smashed” into the over head rousing the crowd to all day they would act as witnesses. She did not ask whether I needed assistance. It was a valuable leather bag that was not going to go in the storage. She was unhelpful, condescending, and should definitely not work in a service position. She was also not wearing a name tag. I had to ask for her name. Ciksa was kind, helpful, and concerned and definitely a good representation of your band.
