Shocking check in service

Airport check in staff, Zama and friends extremely rude and didnt bother to greet and continued their conversations and ignored my elderly mother and myself when trying to check in. Were extremly rude, didnt try to help ot book in my mum and did not answer any of her questions. We had to leave and go online until one of the other staff cane over to assist. Am so glad i was there to help my mum.
