Shocking Check In Protocol

Hi<br> <br> First and last flight on FlySafAir.<br> <br> I returned from Durban yesterday afternoon on your 5pm flight.<br> <br> Shocked and appauled on your check in protocol, your agent didn't ask for my wife or my ID, we were travelling with our 2year old baby, a birth certificate wasn't requested, due to the new laws, I thought this was a must. The Credit Card used to book the ticket was never requested. Shocking<br> <br> At the boarding gate, only my ID was checked, my wife and baby was not.<br> <br> My flight from Jhb to Durban was on another airline, they refused to check us in without the IDs, birth certificate and Credit Card used to book the ticket.<br> <br> Please train your staff properly.<br>
