Shocking business class flight

Booked a ‘business’ class flight. Could not even accommodate my on board luggage. Staff were rude and incapable of solving the problem. I was told despite booking a business class ticket at a premium the flight was ‘first come first served’. Utterly unacceptable processes and service. Laughable.
