Very bad service. Our flight no# 271 which was support to depart at 17.05 was delayed and no one from company came to address the passengers and we also had no alternative transport to take us home due to the delay of the flight. The company manager called david at the durban king shaka international airport said it was not their fault that we didn't have transport from jhb to home due to the delay.
